Great idea, a nightmare to use

Addition: So after several more month of usage, nothing has improved. Ease of use is still not provided. In hope of some of the developers reading this, Ill leave a german comment:
Der Kauf von Erweiterungstickets bei der ZVV ist eine Katastrophe und funktioniert nur, wenn man weiss, welche Station die erste in der neuen Zone ist. Andernfalls bekommt man immer ein Standardticket von der App angeboten!

I use this app regularely. While i wouldnt want to miss it, simply because buying tickets without the need for cash, which is still mandatory for some regional trams or busses, i cannot say that im happy with it.
The app is slow and buying things like extension tickets is just crazy complicated. As is buying tickets for other passengers.
Please improve usability and this app will be great.
